Open, transparent and very easy to work with
Derek recently helped me close on a property with an offer before auction. Derek worked tirelessly and outside of normal hours to negotiate with the vendor on my behalf and broker a fair price within my budget and expectations. Derek has a very open communication style, is readily available to talk and genuinely has the best interests of his clients front of mind. I found Derek to be highly professional and efficient, balanced with a willingness to explain what may be for him simple repetitive questions from a buyer.
