Deal Screening

§ Sourcing opportunities that fit our client’s budget, preferences, and risk & return profile

§ Conducting detailed deal underwriting (financial modeling and analysis) to build a business plan that can be tracked and executed

§ Preparing a screening summary detailing the transaction overview, location overview, returns & key risks

 

Negotiating Terms 

§ If our client would like to proceed with the deal, we will negotiate terms and arrange an exclusivity period with the vendor, to assess the opportunity further

 

Due Diligence 

§ Our due diligence is comprehensive. We will agree on a pursuit budget with our client to appoint recommended consultants to prepare all necessary due diligence reports. We will review these reports end-to-end as they are completed 

§ Organising site visits to inspect the property

§ Working with our client’s mortgage broker to finalise financing terms and approval

§ Finalising our financial modeling factoring in all due diligence report findings and financing terms

§ Finalising a detailed investor paper to share with our client summarising the transaction and all pertinent details in its entirety

 

Deal Closing

§ Receiving written final approval from our client to proceed with the transaction

§ Liaising with our client’s lawyer to organize for settlement of the transaction

§ Packaging all prepared reports and documents into a ZIP file to be shared with our client on completion
